El pasado 5 de julio se celebró la última edición de los premios AFCA y recibimos dos galardones: Segundo premio a Divirín en quesos de pasta blanda y (y esto nos hace particular ilusión) Primer premio en quesos frescos. Hubo un tiempo en el que el queso fresco era lo que sabíamos hacer a modo doméstico y es con lo que empezamos nuestra andadura.
En la foto, Felipe y Manuel, socios fundadores, recogen el premio de manos de Fernando Ruiz, gerente de AFCA. Falta Candi, tercer fundadora y quesera mayor, que puede decir que se ha jubilado con todos los honores.
El premio al mejor queso 2022 cayó en manos de TRAPA en Cóbreces, que cariñosamente se conoce en los Valles Pasiegos como "el de los curas".
