Cheese and Butter Tasting

This summer we invite you to discover the flavors of our cheese dairy. During the summer months, we organize guided tastings where you can discover and sample our cheeses and butters. We will talk about the connection between landscape, gastronomy, and cultural heritage. The tasting is accompanied by a carefully selected range of local products from the Pasiego Valleys, creating a journey through some of the most representative flavors of our region. An opportunity to learn more about the work of local producers, discover the unique characteristics of each product, and enjoy an authentic gastronomic experience in a unique setting. The tasting includes a selection of cheeses and butter, as well as one non-alcoholic beverage. The price of the activity is €20 per person. We also offer a children’s option at a reduced price of €10, with smaller portions adapted for younger guests. Children who, due to their age or personal preferences, do not wish to take part in the tasting do not need to pay an entrance fee. However, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if they will be attending so that we can prepare the space and ensure a more comfortable experience for them and their families. We also have a small play area designed especially for children.
